Blyskiem.pl is a digital-first business offering on-demand cleaning services for apartments, offices, and commercial spaces. The platform allows customers to book a cleaning service quickly and seamlessly through an intuitive web application, inspired by the simplicity of models like Uber — but adapted to the cleaning industry.
Unlike marketplace platforms, Blyskiem.pl relies on its own internal cleaning teams, ensuring consistent service quality, standard procedures, and a trustworthy customer experience.
The entire business model, service logic, and operational processes were built around the platform.
Challenge
Blyskiem.pl was created from scratch.
There was no existing company, no operational structure, and no digital ecosystem. The core challenge was to transform a business idea into a fully functional, scalable product that could serve as the foundation for a new service-based company.
Key challenges included:
- defining how the business should function,
- creating a booking journey that feels effortless to customers,
- designing transparent pricing rules and service configurations,
- building the logic for assigning internal staff to tasks,
- planning operational processes for a company that didn’t yet exist,
- ensuring the platform could support business growth and scalability.
The platform was not meant to optimize an existing process — it was the process.
It became the backbone of the newly created company.
My Role as Product Creator (Product Owner & UX/UI Lead)
As the person responsible for the entire product creation journey, I shaped Blyskiem.pl from the initial business concept to a fully designed and ready-to-build digital platform.
I did not write code — but I defined every element that developers needed to implement.
Product Ownership & Business Design
- Creating the business concept and digital service model.
- Defining processes for booking, scheduling, pricing, and service delivery.
- Designing the complete product roadmap and functional scope.
- Building the product backlog with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Aligning stakeholders around the product vision and business goals.
UX Strategy
- Designing the full customer journey and booking flow.
- Conducting competitive reviews and translating insights into UX decisions.
- Ensuring maximum ease of use and minimal cognitive load for customers.
- Defining edge cases, rules, and behavior for complex scenarios (e.g., availability, durations, add-ons).
UI & Design
- Creating responsive UI layouts and component structures.
- Designing consistent visual elements, icons, and a clean interface style.
- Building interactive prototypes to validate the experience.
- Preparing guidelines used by developers and marketing teams.
Operational Processes
Since the company did not exist before, I also designed the operational mechanics:
- employee scheduling logic,
- team assignment rules,
- service catalog and pricing structure,
- order lifecycle and communication flow,
- internal dashboards and management tools.
The platform was built to translate business rules into a digital product — and to enable the business to operate from day one.
Outcomes
Blyskiem.pl became the foundation upon which the entire company was built:
- A fully digital booking experience enabled the business to launch without manual processes.
- Clear service structure and transparent pricing increased customer trust from the start.

Reflection
Blyskiem.pl was not just a product project — it was the creation of an entire business ecosystem.
Acting as Product Owner and UX/UI Lead allowed me to combine strategic thinking, service design, and user experience in a single end-to-end process.
The most significant challenge was building both the digital platform and the operational processes simultaneously, ensuring that everything worked together as a coherent system. This experience strengthened my ability to turn abstract ideas into structured, scalable digital products — and to build solutions that serve as the backbone of a new business.
It remains one of the best examples of my capability to own a product from concept to launch and shape both user experience and operational logic.
