BT24.pl is a modern online platform that helps entrepreneurs make safe and informed business decisions. It enables users to quickly verify the credibility of potential contractors before entering into cooperation.
The system aggregates and analyzes data from trusted public and commercial sources (including KRS, CEIDG, REGON, and debt registers) to generate the RIF – Company Information Report, which provides a comprehensive overview of a company’s financial and legal standing, helping assess potential transaction risks.
The platform is dedicated to businesses seeking to minimize insolvency risks, prevent fraud, and streamline compliance and due diligence processes in their daily operations.

Challenge
Before BT24.pl was developed, the process of verifying contractors was time-consuming, fragmented, and required manual access to multiple databases. Entrepreneurs often made decisions based on incomplete information, increasing financial and operational risks.
The main goal was to create an intuitive, reliable, and fast platform that would automate data collection and simplify interpretation — empowering businesses to make safer decisions in minutes, not hours.
My Role as Product Owner
- defining the product strategy and development roadmap for BT24.pl,
- specifying functional requirements and prioritizing the product backlog,
- coordinating collaboration between business, technology, data analysis, and UX/UI teams,
- managing integration with external data sources (both public and commercial),
- optimizing the process of RIF report generation,
- introducing success metrics and user behavior analytics to guide decision-making,
- supporting the sales and marketing teams in defining and communicating product value to clients.
Outcomes
- reduced contractor verification time from hours to just a few minutes,
- implemented the automated RIF report as a key decision-making tool,
- received highly positive user feedback for clear UX and data comprehensiveness,
- strengthened BT24.pl’s position as a trusted platform for business risk management in Poland.
Reflection
BT24.pl is a project that bridges the worlds of business data, analytics, and user-centric design. As Product Owner, I had the opportunity to co-create a solution that genuinely enhances financial security for companies.
The main challenge was finding the right balance between data precision and user simplicity — and the result is a product that helps entrepreneurs make smarter, safer B2B decisions every day.
